Shoe-licious is a 2012 Hallmark Keepsake Barbie ornament in the shoe format — a premium metal high-heeled stiletto with an open peep toe, hot pink and white enamel finish, and a pattern of miniature Barbie shoe silhouettes printed across the white vamp panel in multiple colours. The vamp also features the Barbie wordmark in script and a black Barbie silhouette figure. The shoe is suspended from a pink organza bow with a gold Barbie-head charm on a chain. The construction is entirely metal with enamel colouring.

The Hallmark Barbie shoe ornament had appeared across several iterations since the first Shoe-Sational releases, each with a distinct colourway and design concept. Shoe-licious distinguishes itself within the format through the pattern of tiny shoe silhouettes across the vamp — a meta-design that puts Barbie shoes on a Barbie shoe ornament. It is a more graphic, pattern-led approach than the solid-colour shoe editions that preceded it in the annual Hallmark Barbie shoe release calendar.
