It's All About the Shoes is the 2010 Hallmark Keepsake Barbie ornament sculpted by Orville Wilson — a handcrafted metal Christmas tree in hot pink with shoes hanging from the branches instead of baubles. The tree with six individual high-heeled shoe ornaments in various styles suspended from the pink wire branches on silver chain droppers. The base of the tree holds a miniature gift box in deep pink. The construction is entirely metal — the tree armature, the shoe silhouettes and the chain droppers are all hand-formed and hand-painted metal.

The metal construction of It's All About the Shoes gives it a physical quality distinct from the resin figure ornaments that dominated the Hallmark Barbie range in the same period — the individual shoe pieces have a slight movement when the ornament is hanging, which gives the whole piece a kinetic quality. The hot pink colour is unambiguously Barbie's signature palette, making this one of the most instantly identifiable Barbie ornaments Hallmark produced without featuring the doll herself at all.
