Heavy Duty — the Joe team's heavy ordnance specialist — and a Cobra C.L.A.W.S. trooper (Combat Light Armored Weapons Specialists, since you asked) face each other across the same blister card as part of the first wave that brought the 3.75-inch G.I. Joe scale back after a decade away.

The original G.I. Joe cartoon began with a five-part mini-series in 1983 and immediately established one very important rule — nobody on either side could actually hit anything — which makes the fact that both these figures come fully armed feel like optimism of the highest order.
