This 6.25-inch Daena figure from Tim Burton's Planet of the Apes reimagining comes fully armed and dressed in her ragged survival gear — the kind of outfit you wear when you've been running from ape patrols in the Forbidden Zone long enough that fashion has become an afterthought.
The 2001 film cast Mark Wahlberg as the human lead, but it was the practical make-up work — which took the cast up to five hours per day to apply — that most people remember, and Daena stands as the human character who looked most like she could handle herself without the fancy rubber face.
