Pizza Time Chelsie is a 2001 Kelly Club Party series release — the entry in the Party assortment that gave Chelsie a very specific brief: arrive at the party, bring a pizza, have excellent pigtails. The cardboard pizza on its stand is proportionally enormous relative to a 4.5-inch doll and is, without question, the defining accessory in the entire Kelly Club Party run.

Chelsie was one of Kelly's original Li'l Friends introduced in 1995, and she appears across the Kelly Club run in enough party scenarios to suggest a social life that would exhaust most adults. Pizza Time is the most logistically committed of those scenarios. The Party series is one of the harder sub-lines to find complete, and Pizza Time specifically has a collectors' following for exactly the reason you'd expect.
