Melody as a Lil Lamb is a 2001 Target Special Edition from the Easter Eggie series — a Target exclusive that gave each doll an egg-shaped blister card packaging that was among the more inventive seasonal formats Mattel produced in the early 2000s. Where the Easterrific line dressed Kelly herself, Easter Eggie handed the costume treatment to her friends.

The lamb suit — full plush white body with black-tipped ears and a white cotton pompom tail — is the kind of costume that only works when the wearer is 3.5 inches tall and has no say in the matter. The egg-shaped blister against the green grass backdrop makes the whole presentation feel genuinely Easter-themed rather than generically spring, which is a distinction that matters to anyone building a complete Kelly seasonal run.
