Where Two American Legends Met for the Very First Time

This is the first doll in the Coca-Cola Fashion Classic — inspired by a genuine 1907 Coca-Cola advertisement, with Barbie in an elaborate red lace-trimmed Victorian gown and a hat piled high with silk roses, holding an authentic-period Coca-Cola glass and holder as she steps out of the gilded pages of early-century advertising.

The book-style keepsake box opens to a hand-illustrated soda fountain backdrop with period advertising reproductions inside, making it as arresting closed as open — a package designed for display as much as for play, and one that understood from the beginning that the Coca-Cola crossover was a collector proposition as much as a retail one.

Includes: Barbie doll, Victorian gown, sash, shoes, earrings, ring, hat, parasol, period Coca-Cola glass with holder, doll stand and Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note: Her little Coke cup might need to be glued back in place. I'm not sure if it is supposed to be removable or not.
