POG Barbie is an officially licensed Special Edition released under approval of the World POG Federation in 1995 — a Barbie doll in a striped Barbie-logo crop top and polka-dot skirt, packaged with a real POG slammer and a full set of POGs, the two defining playground obsessions of the mid-nineties assembled in one completely earnest package.

The POG craze was one of those moments that arrived suddenly, filled every schoolyard for about eighteen months and then vanished just as quickly — which makes this Barbie a very precise time stamp, a doll that could only exist in 1995 and that carries the whole feeling of that particular year in its trilingual English, Spanish and French Special Edition box.

Includes: Barbie doll, striped Barbie crop top, polka-dot skirt, shoes, hairband, POG slammer and POG set.
