The 35th Anniversary Barbie Keepsake Collection Giftset was released in 1994 as a Limited Edition set containing a reproduction of the original 1959 #1 Ponytail Barbie in her zebra-stripe swimsuit, plus reproductions of two of the most sought-after 1959 fashions: Easter Parade (the elegant black coat and dress with hat and gloves) and Roman Holiday (the red-and-white striped casual ensemble). Easter Parade and Roman Holiday were produced only in 1959, making originals extremely rare on the collector market.

The 35th Anniversary Giftset pairs the 1959 reproduction with Easter Parade and Roman Holiday, two of the rarest 1959 outfits, produced only in that year.
