Party 'N Play Stacie arrived in 1992 as the first Barbie little sister doll designed around a full changeable wardrobe — the concept being that Stacie's clothes were deliberately scaled to fit Barbie too, allowing both dolls to share fashions across the size difference. This is the African American edition, model 4115, with dark curly hair and the signature 1992 palette: a pink and black houndstooth jacket, hot-pink ruffle skirt, black headband, a soccer ball for the championship game, and a second sporty pink and navy outfit packaged separately in the box. She stands at approximately 8 inches — smaller than standard Barbie but taller than Kelly.

Stacie was introduced in 1992 as a middle sister sitting between Skipper and Kelly, and the Party 'N Play line was her debut. The African American version of Stacie is considerably harder to find in box than the standard edition — the AA variants of the Barbie sister line were produced in smaller quantities throughout the early nineties, making boxed examples with intact accessories particularly sought after by collectors completing the Barbie family range.
