Fobs were the bright, rounded bird-like creatures who lived near Rainbow Falls in the World of Teddy Ruxpin — and this teal-green flocked miniature, seated, with lime-yellow antennae, beak and feet, has a velvet tactile quality that perfectly matches the warmth Ken Forsse and the design team built into every corner of that world.
The Fob was one of the earliest supporting characters introduced in the 1985 story tapes, appearing in the very first Teddy Ruxpin cassette adventure before the animated series even began — which means this little figure has been part of the mythology from the very start.
