Product Description

Glo Grannybug, the wisest storyteller in Glo Land, sealed on her original 1986 card

The Glo Friends were introduced by Hasbro's Preschool division in 1986 as companions to the original Glo Worm, each character glowing softly in the dark and coming with their own miniature sleeping bag — a line that aired alongside My Little Pony 'n Friends and became one of the most charming preschool toy ranges of the decade.

This 1986 Hasbro Preschool Glo Grannybug is mint on its original blister card — a yellow ladybug figure in a red cap with teal shawl, her sleeping bag tucked in behind her — complete with the original "Glo Grannybug tells bedtime tales" card backing, a Toys R Us sticker still attached, and the "Glows in the Dark / Made of safe, nontoxic materials" callouts intact.

This item is new and has never been removed from its original packaging. The card has wear, blister is yellowed and there are cracks at the base. Please also see Granny's face which has marks.
