Tenderheart Bear is from Kenner's 1982 Care Bears poseable PVC figure range — the compassionate leader of Care-a-Lot, in warm brown with a red heart belly badge. He is approximately 3.5 inches tall with poseable arms.

Kenner launched the Care Bears PVC figure range in 1982 alongside the American Greetings characters, and Tenderheart was the anchor of the line from the start. As the bear whose specific role is helping others share their feelings, he is the most straightforwardly characterful figure to explain to someone who did not grow up with the franchise.
