Cheer Bear is from Kenner's 1982 Care Bears poseable PVC figure range — pink with a rainbow belly badge and the expression of someone who has decided things are going well. She is approximately 3.5 inches tall with poseable arms.

Cheer Bear is one of the original 1982 Care Bears and one of the more visually striking — the pink body with the rainbow badge gives her a broader colour range than most of her contemporaries, and the rainbow is one of the more detailed badge designs in the Kenner line. She is the Care Bear most likely to be recognised immediately by someone who has not thought about the franchise in thirty years.
