Bright Heart Raccoon is from Kenner's 1985 Care Bear Cousins poseable PVC figure range — a raccoon with a lightbulb belly badge, representing the intellectual corner of Care-a-Lot. He is approximately 3.5 inches tall with poseable arms.

The Care Bear Cousins were introduced in 1985 as a second wave of characters, each one an animal rather than a bear. Bright Heart Raccoon is the thinker of the group — the lightbulb badge makes his role explicit, and the raccoon design gives him a slightly more complex sculpt than the bear figures, with the striped tail and masked face both present at this scale.
