The doll wears a deep blue velvet gown with a brilliantly iridescent striped wrap that shifts colour depending on the light and looks better in person than in any photograph, with a necklace, earrings, ring, hair piece and shoes all in the same blue and purple palette.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eJC Penney ran Evening Elegance exclusives alongside Sears, Kmart and Target Barbie runs that were equally locked to specific retail footprints.
